XBajee works to provide uninterrupted gameplay to all players who participate in 3 Patti Circle. The Refund and Cancellation Policy of this document specifies the guidelines that guide in-game purchase refund procedures. Procurement of items through our platform indicates user acceptance of all specified terms.
1. Refund Policy
Our policy grants refunds when particular conditions become applicable. Please review the following conditions:
1.1 In-Game Purchases
- All purchases that occur through 3 Patti Circle remain final since law regulations do not require refunds for such purchases.
- We will evaluate such issues and provide refunds or find solutions for customers who experienced game usage problems after making legitimate purchases.
1.2 Payment Processing Issues
Contact our support team without delay if you detect any duplicate charges on your payment that originated from technical problems with our system. A refund will be given to you for duplicate payments as soon as we verify the charge twice.
1.3 No Refund for Virtual Goods
The game prohibits refunds regarding virtual items but may issue them if strong evidence shows technical system failure or unauthorized payment activity. Users must understand all items in their purchase before they finalize the payment.
1.4 Disputes and Chargebacks
Any dispute about a charge or planned Chargeback needs your direct contact with us before implementing these actions. We work to resolve all matters through quick and mutually satisfactory solutions. Any chargeback done without contact of the game operators will trigger a permanent game ban.
2. Cancellation Policy
When in the process of purchasing you maintain the option to cancel up until the transaction finalization stage. The system rejects all purchase cancellations after a transaction concludes with purchase confirmation.
2.1 Canceling In-Game Subscriptions
To end an ongoing subscription such as VIP access or monthly membership activation you can use your account settings to initiate cancellation at any time you desire. Your subscription ends with cancellation so it will not restart during the next billing period. Active periods with paid fees will not receive any reimbursement to the customer.

The process to claim your refund starts with following these procedures according to our policy:
- On our Support Page you must enter the transaction details consisting of game ID together with purchase receipt alongside your request explanation.
- The support team of our company needs five business days to review your request before responding.
- Our team at Step 3 will process eligible refunds while providing notification when the process is complete.
4. Exceptions to Refunds
Exceptions exist for certain cases that prevent acceptance of refund requests.
- You cannot request refunds on purchases done as part of time-limited special promotions or discounts.
- Unauthorized account usage that leads to billing responsibilities applies to both theft cases and credential loss situations.
- Returns will not be offered for game or service unavailability which lasted a limited time while maintenance tasks took place but service functionality returned.
- The policy does not allow refunding purchases that you decided to rescind after completing payment.
